Bacon of Molise
The bacon is a lean product that is obtained from the bellies of pigs selected. To cut the slice is characterised by the typical alternation of layers of deep red and pinkish white. On the palate it is soft, tends to melt due to the presence of fat that makes the slice that is sweet and appetizing. The bacon can be eaten alone or used to flavour soups, stuffings or sauces, or to wrap meat or fish. Vacuum packaging of 250g approximately.
