The spicy sausage from molise is prepared with lean meat (such as boneless shoulder, crushed ham and sottospalla) and fat (bacon) selected pure Italian pigs bred and slaughtered in our factories, mixed with salt, chilli pepper and natural flavours, in a quantity wisely measured. It is cased in natural gut and matured for at least a month. The palate is soft and well-balanced. Vacuum packaging of 250g approximately.
